Providing you with instant access to all of your connected source devices in stunning 4K,UHD,1080p or 3D. This powerhouse helps to create a “just works” solution, from dynamically generating EDIDs (to ensure the best video quality to every TV) right through to handling software updates for the HDBaseT link. Contextual IR

You can easily program the matrix to respond to different IR codes, it’s simple to do via our built in geniOS web interface. Just point the remote at an IR receiver and press the key. Each key is memorised for you to assign to an account, be it routing video to your display or sending a control message to a connected device. What’s more, bi-colour LEDs for each zone indicates the flow of IR signals and the direction of flow.

Amazon Alexa Voice Control

With the Alexa skill enabled on your Amazon Echo or Amazon Dot you can use voice commands to control devices connected to a Genius matrix. Fully certified by Amazon, this integration is native to Alexa and requires no configuration. Just say “Alexa turn on Satellite in my Lounge”

Web Interface- User Experience

We want to give you the best experience possible, to do this, we think it’s important you can access the geniOS web interface from any device, be it mobile, tablet or desktop PC and in any browser. We’ve done this with our responsive design, so it works with you and not the other way round.

Accessing the web interface couldn’t be easier, simply enter www.gotomymatrix.com in your browser, or download the PhD genius remote Android app on any device connected to the same network – this will automatically send you to the web interface and display the right version for your device. It’s that straight forward!

Through this interface you can switch source devices via the drag and drop interface as well as gaining access the virtual remote control.

The web interface enables any user to control the matrix without any technical knowledge needed.

Cloud Monitoring Service

It’s important that you get video all the time, to help us do that every genius matrix keeps in contact with our cloud management service. You can tell if this is working with the Monitored LED on the front of the matrix.

Keep in contact with the matrix at any time, from anywhere with our cloud management service. Simply log into our cloud portal and see helpful diagnosis information to help fix any problems remotely or tell you where issues may have occurred during installation. All of this is free of charge with every matrix! If the matrix has a problem, we are alerted too and, if required, can contact you to arrange step by step support to get you up and running again.

libCEC

Most TVs now support CEC and we are world experts in CEC technology – meaning you can now use your normal TV remote to control and select source devices, even if the source does not support CEC itself as the matrix will automatically relay the necessary messages to your source device

3rd Party Control driver Friendly

Our 3rd Party IP control drivers for Bitwise, Crestron, Control4, ELAN, Neets, RTI, Savant, Simple control & URC, make integrating the genius matrix really simple. Our CEC source and display drivers allow certain control systems to control sources and TV’s over HDMI. Say goodbye to emitters or Bluetooth remote problems.
