This 18Gbps HDMI 4×4 Matrix can connect 4 HDMI sources to 8 displays. It features 4 CAT and 4 mirrored HDMI outputs. The CAT outputs can extend video transmission distance up to 230Ft / 70m @ 1080P or 4K60 4:4:4 up to 230Ft / 70m via a single Cat 5e/6/6a cable using the best low latency Display Stream Compression (DSC) technology. HDR, HDR10, HDR10+ Dolby Vision & HLG is supported. Each HDMI output supports 4K to 1080P downscaled functionality. Advanced EDID & CEC are supported via the builtin web interface.
The product supports one way IR routing from the display end HDMI Receiver balun back to the matrix. It provides an intuitive set of front panel controls and supports control panel buttons, IR remote, RS-232, LAN, and the Web GUI.
Control drivers are available for 3rd Party control systems (ELAN, Control4, RTI, Crestron, Savant).
***Display Stream Compression (DSC) is a VESA-developed low-latency compression algorithm. it is the best visually lossless compression format available supporting color depth up to 16 bits, with lightweight 2:1 to 3.1 compression ratios.
